By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

ESG policy development and implementation

Stakeholder engagement strategies

ESG reporting and disclosure frameworks

Sustainable investing guidance

ESG integration into corporate strategies

Engagement: The specific scope and terms of engagement will be documented in a separate agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

Client Obligations

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information relevant to the engagement. Any information you provide should not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the provision of inaccurate or misleading information.

Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us and provide necessary resources, documentation, and access to relevant personnel to facilitate the provision of services. Timely communication and collaboration are essential for successful engagement.

Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure: We understand the sensitive nature of the information you may share with us. We will treat all confidential information provided by you as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
